How to get pfgplot bar graph flush with the x-axis?

Question

Any idea why these two seemingly formatted the same pfgplots have different outputs? Mostly I'd like for the 0 on the y-axis (in the plot on the left) to be flush with the x-axis just like the plot on the right. How can I fix this?

This is because of enlargelimits, but on the right axis y doesn't start at 0. So with a slight modification you will get the desired result. For that see the comments in the code.
