What is ePub?

It is a very famous format used for many free and open electronic books, e.g. at the Project Gutenberg, but it also supports DRM. Supporting re-flowing content, it is ideal for mobile devices such as phones and tablets. The Playstore provides plenty of reading apps supporting this format, such as e.g. Moon+ Reader and Aldiko Book Reader.

Where are epub files stored?

I have this old epub file on my phone that I'm trying to download but I have no idea where it's stored. The app I used was Lithium. I can read it fine on lithium but it won't show up anywhere else. Lithium doesn't give me an option to show file…
