I have no idea what to do. How do i fix this eye sore?

Answer: The Problem was my start clipping distance was at the lowest setting. Increase the setting and everything will be good.

    Check also that the clip distance for the viewport is not set to an extremely large range, creating precision errors. –  Mar 16 '18 at 17:54

Check to see if you have double verts. If not, check if you have a duplicate Object in the same place where the artifacts occur. I can't think of anything else.
