I am really disciplined when it comes to fitness and lifting. Most of the time, I hover at about 70-72kg bodyweight with a height of 170cm. My personal bests at this weight range are:

  • Conventional Deadlift: 200kg x 1 (could be higher but haven't try)
  • Strict Overhead Press: 72.5kg x 3 (hardcapped atm)
  • Flat Bench Press: 120kg x 1 (hardcapped atm)
  • Squat: 145kg x 2 (could be slightly higher but a bit afraid to try)

I use strengthlevel.com a lot to determine my weak and strong points. I eat clean, but occasionally I enjoy a cheat meal. The supplements I used and stick with until today are whey (or isolate depending on the price) protein, monohydrate creatine and... coffee :)
