RandomChoice or RandomSample

I am trying to get multiple sets of random integers using RandomChoice[{1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10}, {4, 3}].

However, I always get repeats such as {{6, 6, 7}, {8, 2, 7}, {1, 7, 1}, {8, 6, 5}}. Can I please ask how to solve this?

Can I please also ask how to get all the possible integers without repeating numbers?

I am very new to Mathematica and can't find it in the examples.
