Where do I turn off CATKIN_ENABLE_TESTING?
What's the right way to set this? I imagine I could muck with /opt/ros/indigo/share/catkin/cmake/toplevel.cmake, but somehow that doesn't strike me as the Right Thing.

Problem has only fixed variables-ifopt

I am new to ifopt. I get "Problem has only fixed variables" although I am trying to add only very small changes to test_vars_constr_cost.h to solve a new optimization problem.
