Currently a LAMP developer with 14 years experience in the field. Prior to that developed MS-Windows software using C++, Fox Toolkit and C. Have extensive database experience.

Began making chocolate, bean-to-bar, four years ago. Began selling it in local restaurants three years ago. The scientific and developmental challenges posed peaked my interest. Now the marketing challenge gives me a hobby.

Wife and I run a home for children in Honduras. The chocolate business will hopefully support the home in the near future.
