HTTPS request break down

can my ISP know what I am doing on facebook from my requests? "/profile.php?id=101010101010" "/john.profile"

or they can just know I browse [facebook.com] over HTTPS?

No, your ISP can not see this.

This is not correct, or is at least very misleading. GET parameters are encrypted. – Polynomial Dec 04 '15 at 15:16
You can still see them in logfiles even when you use HTTPS – Dec 04 '15 at 15:19
