The preview edition of Windows 10 is a pre-release version of Windows 10. It includes experimental functions and possibly bugged functions as well. It is not guaranteed to be the same as the release version of Windows 10.

It is for pro & expert level users that would like to try it out and provide feedback to Microsoft for determining bugs and features for the final release.
