I have to cite in LaTeX a range of sources (I'm using Miktex 2.9, TexnicCenter and Bibtex), all together.
If I write
... in 1990 \cite{ref1,ref2,ref3,ref4,ref5}
I would like to get
"... in 1990 [1-5]",
but actually I get
"... in 1990 [1,2,3,4,5]".
Any suggestion? Thank you
\usepackage{cite}. – Gonzalo Medina Mar 22 '13 at 13:17biblatex. In this case you could use one of the styles anding on-comp, which should do what you want. Ideally you would post a minimal working example (MWE) which would make it much easier to help you. – Benedikt Bauer Mar 22 '13 at 13:22citepackage is valid only if you are not usingbiblatex. Otherwise, see Ulrike's comment. – Gonzalo Medina Mar 22 '13 at 13:28
