In the Mimic BibTeX "apalike" with BibLaTeX - (biblatex-apa broken?) the answer supplied is working fine until one needs to add a page number or "see:" to the citation the whole thing gets broken...
is there an easy way to fix it? Any other workaround?

It discusses several approaches that have been taken in the literature to bring the model to the data, their empirical successes and failures. Finally, as written by \cite{Attanasio2010}, my Bibliography is cool \citep{Galindo2002}. Furthermore (see, for example, \citealp{Attanasio2010}) there are some cool tweaks.
\cite[see:][pg.~3]{Attanasio2010} here ,,see:'' should go before first author and constitute part of the link, also ,,pg.~3)'' should be part of the link
\citep[see:][pg.~3]{Galindo2002} here ,,see:'' should go before opening bracket and \emph{not} constitute part of the link, also ,,pg.~3'' should be part of the link
\printbibliography

biblatex-apa also won't do the job :( http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/48557/polyglossia-and-biblatex-apa
– VladSkywalker Feb 05 '14 at 00:30xcolorneeds a driver spec. I addedxetex. Second, bib.bibis not standard. Either make sure your examples use a standard bib file or usefilecontentsto include a minimal one in your document. (Or, failing either of those, post a minimal bib file separately in your question.) – cfr Feb 05 '14 at 01:17babelan option? I assume it would be easier to avoidpolyglossiathanbiblatex. – cfr Feb 05 '14 at 01:28.bibwith\usepackage{filecontents}@cfr unfortunately
– VladSkywalker Feb 05 '14 at 12:24polyglossiais a must (multilingual bibliography, etc.) :(biblatex-apaeverything works fine. Usingbiblatex-apais definitely the solution and preferred over the hackery necessary to get the above off the ground. So I would like to close this question. – moewe Aug 12 '15 at 17:40
