I created a .sty file that I used locally with a tex file.
I mean that I put the tex and the styfile on the same folder (in my documents) and call the styfile as a \usepackage{mycustomstyfile}
However I try to do the same in LyX by putting \usepackage{mycustomstyfile} in the preamble but it does not work. Someone can help me?
The LyX error message is
Undefined contorl sequence : s
kldafjkldfjksdfjl The control sequence at the end of the top line of your error message was never \def'ed. If you have misspelled
it (e.g., `\hobx'), type `I' and the correct spelling (e.g.,
`I\hbox'). Otherwise just continue, and I'll forget about whatever was
undefined.
.styin the same folder as the.lyx. Otherwise, see e.g. Where do I place my own .sty files, to make them available to all my .tex files? – Torbjørn T. Nov 03 '14 at 15:13.styfiles in same folder as the.lyxfile being edited worked for me (on MacOS Lyx v 2.2.2). – Hugo Zaragoza Mar 01 '17 at 21:19
