When I insert figures with graphics in a text it frequently happens that in the compiled document they split definitions and theorems (and maybe remarks) apart. This, of course, happens because LaTeX somehow "knows" where the to place the graphic in a typographical "correct" way. I could disable the automatic placement completey, but that is something I don't want. LaTeX should have some leway deciding where to put the graphic - as long as it doesn't split definitions and theorems (and maybe remarks) apart.
Is there a way to accomplish this ?
