biblatexthe typeunpublisheddoes not have aninstitutionfield. So the school needs to go somewehere else, maybe thenoteortitleaddonfield. (I'm not quite sure if you usebiblatexsince you mention BibTeX so prominently in the title ...) – moewe Aug 28 '15 at 10:59@onlinetype, where you can put the school into theorganizationfield.
