Use the cancel package.
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{cancel}
\begin{document}
$\cancelto{\simeq 0}{A}$
\end{document}

One should not use
\simeqfor ‘almost equal to’.\approxis more appropriate, in my opinion. – Bernard May 15 '16 at 10:42 -
@Bernard I partially agree, that
\approxmakes more sense than\simeqfor "approximately", but here eitherAgoes to zero, then one denotes it by\cancelto{0}{A}orA \to 0, orAdoes not go to zero and one mustn't cancel it. – Henri Menke May 15 '16 at 16:09

\simeq 0instead of0. – Torbjørn T. May 15 '16 at 08:22
