I am trying to draw a dir tree using IEEE Access template but I keep getting errors. The problem is I have several papers only cited within the dir tree and I cannot take a snapshot as a result of this and the poor resolution. Any ideas on how to go about this. An example code using a dirtree is shown below

 \documentclass{ieeeaccess}
 \usepackage{cite}
 \usepackage{amsmath,amssymb,amsfonts}
 \usepackage{algorithmic}
 \usepackage{graphicx}
 \usepackage{textcomp}
 \usepackage{dirtree}
 \def\BibTeX{{\rm B\kern-.05em{\sc i\kern-.025em b}\kern-.08em
    T\kern-.1667em\lower.7ex\hbox{E}\kern-.125emX}}
 \begin{document}
  \history{Date of publication xxxx 00, 0000, date of current version xxxx 00, 0000.}
  \doi{10.....}

When I use the code below I get the second error

The template can be downloaded from here. Also note that I put the dtk-logs from CTAN website in the same folder as the tex file.
