Making Source Code Copyable with listings

Question

I'm using listings to display some matlab code in my latex document but i'd like to have syntax highlighting. I've tried two ways of getting syntax highlighting and neither make the code copyable. The first is:

But neither of these make the code copyable. So what can I do so that the source code is copyable?
