achemso is a document class and package for creating articles to be submitted to journals published by the American Chemical Society.

The achemso bundle provides the official macros (achemso.cls) and BibTeX styles (achemso.bst and biochem.bst) for submission to the journals of the American Chemical Society.

achemso is available on CTAN and is currently maintained by Joseph Wright.

For a more modern package not typically supported by journals, but that uses BibLaTeX and biber see 'biblatex-chem' by the same author.
