Mapping a combination of characters to a ligature manually with otftotfm
I'm trying to convert a sizeable OTF font to TeX font metrics. Inevitably, I have to make some choices about what ligatures, kerns, and so on to use. The otftotfm manual mentions a --ligkern= feature which should do what I want.
