TeX Live is a widely used TeX distribution available for Windows, MacOS, Linux, and other Unix-like operating systems.

TeX Live is a TeX distribution that is mostly used on Unix-related operating systems like Linux and OS X. It is, however, also available for Windows (where MiKTeX is commonly used).

Versions of TeX Live are commonly included in Linux distributions, but often with slight modifications.
