I am trying to include a cover page in the Tufte Style Book Template using the \AddToShipoutPicture* command. I also included the following code:

For some reason, the cover page remains small and I cannot seem to get it to appear any larger to cover the page. Can you help me get the cover page to show up to fill the first page?
