Failing to uploud latex file to arXiv. ! Package pdftex.def Error: File `Loss_Median.pdf' not found

Question

This is my first question. I am using TeXstudio 2.11.0

I am trying to upload tex file to arXiv.

tried to use: \pdfoutput=1 in the first line of the main file with no help.

I upload Loss_Median.eps but the error is about Loss_Median.pdf
