How can I convert all color images to Grey scale? I am using MikTeX 2.9, LaTeX->dvips->ps2PDF for conversion.
Also, please advise if possible to change all RGB color image to CMYK format...

My exact requirement was what Mr. Herbert Voss suggested, i.e., "if you run the latex->dvips->ps2pdf sequence it can be done from within latex – Herbert Sep 20 '11 at 8:07 ", but I couldn't see the solution from that post... – MadyYuvi Apr 10 '17 at 11:42
