An error in pgf libraries after an update

Question

I made an update in my miktex system today on windows 8.1, without saving the old one (which is a very bad idea, I know !).

When I com[ile the following document:

When I comment the command \usepackage{pst-plot} it compiles without any problem....

How can I solve this ?
