Is there an easy way to use package 'subcaption' with SN journal style?
\documentclass[smallextended]{svjour3} % onecolumn (second format)
\usepackage{subcaption}
presents me with a message: The 'subcaption' package does not work correctly(caption) in compatibility mode.
