I have changed the color to my taste. All I want are the arrows pointing out to the Descriptions.

I'm not sure about where do you want to put the descriptions, ¿in an itemize environment or inside the picture as shown? I think that in the itemize environment everything will be a little tight, so I'd prefer the other option. If this were the case there is a solution.
