{multido} is a package that provides an easy-to-use macro \multido, which is a loop command for usage within (La)TeX documents.
The multido package grew out of the graphics package PSTricks from the need to create tick labels for axes. It therefore provides looping mechanisms that allow fixed-point arithmetic for the loop variable.
