{pdfcomment] concerns the pdfcomment package for making annotations in pdf documents

The tag concerns the pdfcomment for inserting comments in pdf-documents. The package provides functionality similar to the Adobe Reader comment function. The commenting feature is however limited to Adobe reader and not implemented in many other pdf viewers.

For an example of its functionality, see the pdfcomment example on CTAN.
