  1. (transitive) To wear (an article of clothing).

Usage notes
the verb נָעַל (nɔʿál) is used for shoes, sandals;
the verb חָבַשׁ (kḥɔvášh) for headwear, bandages;
the verb הִרְכִּיב (hirkív) for (sun)glasses;
the verb עָנַד (ʿɔnáđ) for rings, bracelets, necklaces;
the verb שָׂם (sɔ́m) for gloves; and sometimes
the verb גָּרַב (gɔráv) for socks, stockings.
