Defines environments to typeset captions beside the figure, instead of below them.

Defines environments called SCfigure and SCtable (analogous to figure and table) to typeset captions sideways, that is with the caption beside the figure instead of above or below it. Options include outercaption, innercaption, leftcaption and rightcaption.

As of 2012-4-5 the package is maintained by Hubert Gäßlein and Rolf Niepraschk.

Additional documentation is available in the caption manual, section 6.13.
